The Site and its Discord bot are operated by an individual, under the name TopServer.live, not as a registered company. The operator can be reached at [email protected] for any legal, privacy, or content-related request.
2. Purpose of the Site
TopServer.live is a directory and ranking platform for World of Warcraft private servers. It allows server owners to list their servers and visitors to browse, vote for, and review them. TopServer.live does not host, operate, or control any of the private servers listed on the Site - each one is run independently by its own owner.
3. Trademarks & Intellectual Property
"World of Warcraft" and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. TopServer.live is an independent, unofficial fan directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. Any Blizzard trademarks referenced on the Site are used solely to identify the games the listed private servers are based on.
The Site's own design, layout, logo, and original text content are the property of the operator and may not be reproduced without permission. Server names, banners, and descriptions belong to their respective owners.
4. Liability
The Site is provided "as is." The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and its content accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party server listings. The operator is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of any private server listed on the Site, nor for any transaction, dispute, or issue arising between a visitor and a listed server's owner.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
